Yoga for Men

Yoga for Men is a nude yoga workshop for men with a good level of physical fitness, who take care of themselves and who want to integrate their sexual energy into their spiritual development.
You will be introduced to a dynamic yoga practice with challenging postures. Join us to explore partner yoga and practice how to bring elements of play, laughter, sensuality and eroticism into your yoga practice.
