Gay Pride Lisbon

Lisbon pride is light years behind of what the Madrid or Barcelona prides are. In Lisbon it's still much more a protest where LGBT people and friends march the streets of Lisbon. It starts at 17:00 at the Jardim do Príncipe Real in Bairro Alto and ends at the Praça do Comércio next to the Tagus river. Here the march becomes a party till late at night with shows by artists, drag queens and DJ's. After the party people move back to the Bairro Alto to one of the bars or clubs.
